Warranty
microHAM offers for all its products three (3) years warranty and 30 days money back guarantee if you decide to return product back, no questions asked.
The product must not be modified in any way, except configuration or the warranty is voided. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or abnormal use, failure to follow instructions, improper installation, lightning, or excessive voltage. The product will be either repaired or replaced, at our discretion. The only cost will be the cost of return shipping from repair facility back to you.
This warranty applies to microHAM hardware only. Software is provided "as is", and without any warranty of compatibility with any specific operating system or support for any transceiver specific function. microHAM assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to other devices or injuries to persons as a consequence of using our products.

Shipping
Shipping charges are based on total weight and carrier rating. We are obliged to ship up to 20 business days since receipt of your payment. Normally we ship within 1-7 days.Shipments are insured to the total value of your order. Delivery time for DHL or TNT/Fedex service takes approximately 1-7 business days too, tracking information is provided automatically by shipping carrier once order is shipped.
