microHAM offers for all its products three (3) years warranty and 30 days money back guarantee. The product must not be modified in any way, except configuration or the warranty is voided. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or abnormal use, failure to follow instructions, improper installation, lightning, or excessive voltage. The product will be either repaired or replaced, at our discretion. The only cost will be the cost of return shipping.

This warranty applies to microHAM hardware only. Software is provided “as is,” and without any warranty of compatibility with any specific operating system or support for any transceiver specific function.
microHAM assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to other devices or injuries to persons as a consequence of using our products.
 
We are obliged to ship up to 20 business days since receipt of your payment. Shipments are sent by 1st class Standard Air Mail or EMS, depending on service available for country of delivery. Always prefered method is EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipments are insured to the total value of your order. Shipping charges are based on total weight of your order. Shipping delivery for Standard Service is 6-20 business days. Shipping delivery for Express Mail Service is 5-7 business days. We are providing tracking number upon request.
